In this spirit, here is born Ready to Coffee, the perfect idea for lovers of sport and outdoor activities that do not want to give up the possibility of drinking a coffee while not having a bar nearby: it is a coffee packaged in Self-rehabilitation or self-employed sachets. Just press the center of the package, shake it slightly and wait for the coffee to arrive at the desired temperature. Are you sunbathing on a beach away from the usual tourist routes and do you want to drink a good coffee? Are you taking a bicycle walk in a mountain route and do you want to sip an espresso? Ready to Coffee is the ideal solution. The two variants, sweet and bitter, respect the tastes of all the lovers of the express.

Speaking of nature, Caffè Moak has always been attentive to environmental issues. In 2021 For You, a closed system dedicated to the offices was presented. Always addressed to the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, the Italian roasting aims at the new segment of the OCS (Office Coffee Service) and Vending. The new system includes two capsule formats and a new dedicated machine, Coffee Jockey, the first that boasts the patent of a double-delivery group: two capsules of two different formats can deliver the single or double espresso. With For You, Caffè Moak has developed an ecological and technologically innovative system. The capsules are made with entirely compostable materials. The opening at the base of the capsule – thanks to the water pressure – allows a perfect and complete extraction of drinks. All Coffee Jockey machines are also equipped with the “Moak Business Control” system, which thanks to the Bluetooth connection and via app, allow to dialogue with the customer and have a monitoring of the management of products and assistance services.

Caffè Moak S.p.A. was born in 1967 in Modica from a small sicilian laboratory founded by Giovanni Spadola. The name “Moak” is chosen as a Moka anagram but is also inspired by the ancient Arabic name of the city. Today Moak is guided with the same passion by the children of the founder, Alessandro (CEO) and Annalisa (CMO) who led what was a local artisan excellence to become a brand and an entrepreneurial group recognised in the roasting and distribution of the Coffee in over 50 countries around the world. The company has been present in foreign markets for over 30 years. The quality of the product and Eco-sustainability are the basis of the corporate philosophy: from the selection of the best mono origins, cultivated respecting the work of man and the environment, to roasting for every quality of coffee, up to the control of the entire production cycle from an avant-garde internal analysis laboratory. Moak has always joined the cultural evolution to technological innovation: in 2000 the “Moak Culture” project inaugurated with the Caffè Letterario Moak competition was born, followed by the Fuori Fuoco competition, which saw the combination of emerging artists and famous characters of culture, especially in the field of literature and artistic photography. Two projects strongly desired to be able to appreciate Moak coffee in contexts and experiences of sociability and socio-historical-cultural integration.
