An aspect that concerns businesses of various kinds, from artistic craftsmanship to clothing, wellness centers, but also restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, farmhouses. There are 16,266 artisan businesses operating in activities affected by tourist demand, equal to 22.4% of the total craft industry and employing 37,313 people.
