New Year’s Eve concerts in the Sicilian squares
In Sicily, preparations are underway for New Year’s Eve 2025 with many events that will liven up the region’s main squares, including concerts, DJ sets and shows.
In Palermo, in Piazza Ruggero Settimo, in front of the Politeama Theater, Biagio Antonacci will perform, proposing songs from his latest album, “L’inizio”, and the old hits of his career. The party will be animated by Radio Italia DJs Paoletta and Mauro Marino, who will alternate between hosing the show and the DJ sets. Opening the concert will be Mauro Incudine.
In Cerda, in the province of Palermo, to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2025 there will be the historic group of Matia Bazar.
The New Year’s Eve evening broadcast by Mediaset on Canale 5 will take place in Piazza Duomo in Catania. An event that will give great visibility to the city of Etna. The evening will be presented by Federica Panicucci. Many artists are expected and the presence of young talents from “Amici” .
